Jose Rizal was born on June 19, 1861 in Calamba, Laguna. He wrote the books Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo. He wrote the poem Mi Ultimo Adios. He was very intelligent. His monument now stands in Rizal Park, Manila. He is one of our great heroes.
