Chabacano is a Filipino language that resulted from Filipinos marrying Spanish people during the Spanish occupation and the locals trying to speak the Spanish language without properly learning it. They are spoken by people in Zamboanga City, Cotabato, Cavite (Sangley Point area), and in Ermita, Manila. An example is the Spanish "Vente aqui" (Come here) that becomes the Chabacano "Bini tu aqui."
