Printing of 2005-2007 NCCA Term Report 05.25.2009
The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA) invites prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the printing of 2005-2007 NCCA Term Report with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (P410,000.00) inclusive of VAT. Prospective bidders are advised to secure their bid documents from May 28 until 12 noon of June 5, 2009 from the BAC Secretary after payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (P 500.00), per R.A. 9184, Section 17.5, Rule VI. In as much as the ABC is below 1 M, a pre-bid conference is not necessary, However the bidder may submit written request thru fax for a pre-bid conference not later than June 17, 2009 if there are clarification needed. Deadline for submission of sealed bids which shall be in three separate envelopes; Envelope (1) Eligibility Requirements; Envelope (2) Technical Proposal; and the Envelope (3) Financial Proposal shall be on June 29, 2009 not later than 12:00 Noon to NCCA-BAC Secretary at Room 2-D, 2/F NCCA Building, 633 General Luna St., Intramuros, Manila. The envelopes shall be marked: “DO NOT OPEN” and shall indicate the bidder’s company name and title of the subject bidding. Opening of bids will follow immediately at 2:00 P.M., Room E ,5th Floor NCCA Bldg. Bidders are strongly advised to include samples of their completed works. All bids shall be addressed to: Ms. Marlene Ruth Sanchez Chairperson, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) 633 Gen. Luna Street, Intramuros, Manila Attention: Gaydeen T. Bernabe Secretary, NCCA-BAC All particulars relative to Eligibility, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Bid Evaluation and Award of Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act No. 9184. The NCCA assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expense incurred in the preparation of the bid.
