5 issues of AGUNG: A Bi-Monthly Newsletter of the NCCA 03.24.2009
The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) invites prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the printing of the 5 issues of AGUNG: A Bi-Monthly Newsletter of the NCCA with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Five Thousand Pesos Only (P405,000.00) inclusive of VAT.

Deadline for submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) is on April 08, 2009, 4:00 p.m., at the BAC Secretariat, Room 2-D, 2/F NCCA Building, 633 General Luna St., Intramuros, Manila.

Prospective bidders are advised to secure their bid documents on between April 13-17, 2009, 4:00 p.m. from the BAC Secretary after payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (P 500.00), per R.A. 9184, Section 17.5, Rule VI. In as much as the ABC is below 1 M, a pre-bid conference is not necessary, However the bidder may request for a pre-bid conference not later than April 24, 2009 if there are clarification needed.

Deadline for submission of sealed bids which shall be in three separate envelopes; Envelope (1) Eligibility Requirements; Envelope (2) Technical Proposal; and the Envelope (3) Financial Proposal shall be on May 04, 2009 not later than 12:00 Noon to NCCA-BAC Secretary at Room 2-D, 2/F NCCA Building, 633 General Luna St., Intramuros, Manila. The envelopes shall be marked: “DO NOT OPEN” and shall indicate the bidder’s company name and title of the subject bidding. Opening of bids will follow immediately at 2:00 P.M., Room 3D, 3/F NCCA Bldg. Bidders are strongly advised to include samples of their completed works.

All particulars relative to Eligibility, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Bid Evaluation and Award of Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act No. 9184.

The NCCA assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expense incurred in the preparation of the bid.

The NCCA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect therein and accept offer most advantageous to the government.
