The following positions are open to all applicants who meet the minimum requirements set by the Civil Service Commission as herein specified:
Position Title: Chief Accountant
Status: Permanent
Place of Assignment: (NEFCA/Accounting Section)
Salary Grade: SG24
Minimum Requirements:
  • Male or Female
  • 35 years old and above
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) RA 1080
  • Master's Degree Holder
  • Four (4) years in position & twenty four (24) hrs. of training involving management & supervision preferably in a government institution
  • Analytical with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Possesses strong leadership & interpersonal skills;
  • Has the ability to analyze and solve complex issues; Pro-active & self-motivated;
  • Highly organized, positive attitude & strong work ethics with high level of confidentiality;
  • Has the ability to display a strong attention to detail.

Status: Permanent
Place of Assignment: Admin & Finance Division
Salary Grade: SG24
Minimum Requirements:
  • Male or Female
  • 30 years old and above
  • Master's Degree Holder; CS 2nd level eligibility
  • Four (4) years in position & twenty four (24) hrs. of training involving management & supervision
  • Has the ability to display a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Possesses strong leadership & interpersonal skills;
  • Has the ability to analyze and solve complex issues; Pro-active & self-motivated;
  • Highly organized, positive attitude & strong work ethics with high level of confidentiality;
